Location

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and unsafe for our family. Dangerous Access & Stairs: The apartment features extremely steep and narrow stairs that are very difficult to climb. We fell a couple of times while carrying our luggage up. It is completely unsuitable and unsafe for families with young children or elderly guests. Lack of Basic Cooling: Despite extreme heat, the apartment had no air conditioning or fans, leaving us stranded in a stifling space with young children. Property Disrepair: The apartment was poorly maintained prior to our arrival, featuring broken door handles in the bathroom. Severe Waterproofing & Drainage Defect: The bathroom completely lacks a floor emergency drain, and the tiled floor lacks basic waterproofing. Standard shower runoff collected on the flat tiles with nowhere to go and leaked straight through to damage the building's ceiling downstairs. Host Demands: Instead of addressing the missing floor drainage, lack of waterproofing, broken handles, or missing cooling, the host tried to blame us for standard daily use and demand payment for the ceiling leak downstairs. I strongly advise families with kids or anyone with mobility needs to avoid this property.

We enjoyed our stay.

Nice neighbourhood. Very nice and helpful host.

The kitchen was worn down, the dishwasher and the lamps didn't work.
