The host was such a lovely man - he saved us a parking space by the house and was happy to give local recommendations.

The ceilings were too low for my 6 foot 3 husband so he hit his head quite badly by the entrance to the kitchen.

Location near the Ferry was great. Quiet safe street.

De ligging is perfect voor een dagje New York. Een korte loop van zo'n 10 minuten naar de gratis ferry. De gastheer Oleg was aardig en gaf een paar leuke tips om te gaan doen in New York.

Het appartement mag wel wat onderhoud hebben. Lampen zaten los in het plafond of waren kapot. Het keukentje is oud, al was op zich alles aanwezig. Voor lange mensen oppassen want er zijn een paar punten waar je je hoofd tegen kunt stoten. De gastheer zou hier beter een oranje strook op kunnen plakken ter herinnering. Hij zal er zelf geen last van hebben aangezien hij te kort is. 's Nachts hoorden we een poosje mensen boven ons lopen.
