The stay was terrible, they dont take their guests seriously!
Having a roof over our heads. The whole stay wasn't pleasant..
The whole stay was terrible, my booking was changed to a different place with a totally different room. The room they gave us was a 2 rooms that looked like it had a permanent resident which moved so we can be accommodated, it had rats which kept me up on the first nigh so much that i had to take a sleeping pill on the second night so that i dont hear it, no bath towels,no towel rack, door didnt close you had to lock it everytime you want to keep it closed, the pillow cases had bleach stains and with worn out brown color, the toilet seat lifted at the back everytime you sat on it. The staff stayed in the next room to us and they were making noise at night and moving furniture where as their rules said no noise. There wasnt even a soap holder in the shower so everytime you shower you have to put your soap on the floor of which it got wet and there were spider webs in the shower, the basin looked like its only being cleaned where you can see, at the back of the tap looked really disgusting. The kitchen wall has grease where the stove is,as if someone cooks there everyday, its grease that can be cleaned off after each cook.
I texted the lady who confirmed my booking telling her about the changes that were made not even notifying me about them, only to find out that shes not even in the same premises to where we were moved to and i asked her to tell them to change us on the second day to atleast a similar room to what i booked but nothing was done i never even got a response about the issue, they only brought 1 bleached worn out towel after i asked for one as there was non in the room. Really should care for their clients or business as a matter of fact, the place looks more like a long term rental place than a place you'd book yourself away in.
