Great location but in huge need of safety and hygiene standards

Great location but serious issues with apartment condition & service communication from agents* The location of this apartment was absolutely ideal. This isn’t our first time in Tenerife and we chose this apartment specifically because it suited our family size and the area. The communal areas were all very well maintained and clean. The pool, although small, was perfect and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. There was a lifeguard on duty which was a plus. However, unfortunately that’s where our positive experience ends.

*Check-in:* Our personal meet & greet at the accommodation which we were advised to give a pre advised expected arrival time and to message when we were on route from the airport in taxi - which we did this - but despite same they were 25- 30 minutes late, leaving us waiting on the steps in the heat and without an explanation or apology. We were booked for 3 adults and 3 children but were only given 1 key. When I asked for a second key, which I believe is reasonable with 3 adults, this was refused. This caused several issues and unnecessary stress during the week, and talking to other guests in the complex, they all had 2 keys. We were also advised that on check-in, the €300 deposit would be refunded on checkout day. On check out day, I got a text saying this would not happen for 7 days, and a receipt would be sent separately *Apartment condition:* On arrival, it was clear the apartment was not as shown in the photos. *No air conditioning* There was only 1 tall tower fan in the main bedroom. We were advised by check-in person to just leave windows and doors open. This is a huge concern for security, especially with children, balconies on the 3rd floor, and the noise at night. For an apartment of this size, air con or more cooling fans is essential. - *Ensuite showeroom:* Extremely dated. No shelves or places for toiletries. Not even a toilet roll holder or towel rail near the shower. The shower head holder was loose with a yellow raw plug clearly visible, making it again dangerous to reposition the head. Tiles were dirty and cracked in several places, floor and wall. - *Linen & Towels:* As a further concern, we were 6 guests staying for 9 nights. At no point was any additional bedlinen offered, changed, or were fresh towels provided. I did ask about this and never received a direct answer. I understand for a short stay, but for 9 nights, this was very unhygienic and disappointing.

I would return to the complex but not this apartment

Spacious apartment, easily accommodated 6 adults. Constant Hot water. Located in a lovely quiet complex Great location near close by to Siam park and local eatery’s Pool quiet and plenty of sunbeds

The previous reviews sums this up. The items that are in need of repairs have not been repaired. Plug sockets hanging or loose. Bathroom doors either don’t close or handle falls off. Kitchen tap loose and swings around. On second to last the double bed in the en-suite room the slats fell apart and exposed a very stained mattress. We made a complaint about this and was told there was a mattress protector on the bed. There was no mattress protector on this at all. All the other issues we could put up with as we are only there a week. But the mattress has put us off returning to this apartment. They also take a deposit so we took photos of all the damaged items when we arrived.

Апартаменти не відповідають фотографіям - в дійсності вони виглядають,наче там 15 років не робився косметичний ремонт. Ми були дуже розчаровані. Всі стіни брудні, штори порвані, одіяла на кроватях в плямах, пол в подряпинах, розетки сумнівні, існує безліч мілких,та більших пошкоджень, яких не видно на фото. Дивани та стільці вигорівші,в плямах та пропалені сигаретами. На Buking.com вказано що апартаменти мають терасу та балкон, але насправді це тільки один вузький довгий балкон,навіть не тераса. Також на фото тераси ви бачите одіяло- насправді воно закриває велику тріщину .Прямо під житлом безліч вентиляторів кондиціонерів, які шумлять цілодобово.Телевізор не працював, у ваннах всі гачки для полотенець були зламані, в другій ванні не було туалетної щітки, лампа в туалеті трималась на проводах замотаних скотчем і одного дня вона звалилася донизу. Туалетне сидіння погано зафіксоване.В спальнях крім кроватей і металічного каркасу для вішалок зовсім немає меблів- нам довелось тримати речі в чемоданах і на підлозі.Протягом 14 днів наші апартаменти зовсім не прибирались, тільки перед check in, але ми знайшли грязний рушник у ванній та морозилка була повністю забита льодом. Прибиральниця один раз принесла нам чисті рушники та залишила в сумці за дверима. Для 4 дорослих нам дали тільки один ключ, та коли ми поскаржилися, нам дали ще один. Я подзвонила та поскаржилася на апартаменти в Buking .com та просила замінити апартаменти. Оператор Buking.com мені сказала шо зв'яжуться з власниками, а потім зі мною та запропонують розв'язання проблеми найближчим часом та надішлють мені лінк,щоб я зробила актуальні фото апартаментів, та нажаль більше зі мною ніхто не зв'язався . Після вихідного ми самі пішли в офіс Holideystenerife.eu ,але там мені сказали ,що за такі гроші ми отримали що маємо, а якщо ми хочемо нове та відремонтоване,то це буде коштувати 500 € за ніч.Це було величезне розчарування.
