Wonderful - didn’t want to leave.

Everything. Beautiful terrace. Lovely space. Comfortable. Kitchen had enough so we could cook when we wanted. Agent very helpful.

4th floor/narrow stairs/no lift - didn’t bother us but May be an issue for some. Kitchen is small - you can do everything but be aware is cramped. Check in portal and process cumbersome - is a third party agent. They could improve system, but staff are great if you have issues (WhatsApp comms best).

No volveremos ni aunque nos lo ofrezcan gratis

El apartamento está decorado con gusto y resulta visualmente agradable. Lástima que no acompañe lo demás.

Costes extra abusivos: 400 € de fianza y suplemento de 30-37 € por retrasar la salida hasta las 14-16h, incluso habiendo llegado tarde la primera noche. Tampoco permiten dejar las maletas o mochilas tras la hora de salida. Check-in online largo y tedioso. Ubicación en la zona alta del centro. Hay que subir tres calles en cuesta y el apartamento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. El portal es antiguo, sucio y en mal estado. El espacio es claramente insuficiente para dos personas: cocina y baño minúsculos, sofá mini. En general está concebido para una sola persona o 2 acostubradas a estrecheces. El segundo dormitorio es un altillo de techo bajo —solo apto para niños/as—, completamente comunicado con el resto por lo que no se puede dormir ahí mientras otra persona usa el resto (cenar, charlar, ver la tele.. ). Es imposible oscurecer el altillo ni el apartamenlo: los led de la escalerita permanecen siempre con luz y los ventanales de la terraza y la ventana de la cocina carecen de persianas y cortinas, por lo que al amanecer se ilumina todo el apartamento y el altillo. El apartamento necesita mucho mantenimiento: humedades y desconchones en la terraza, toldo roto, barandilla de la escalera deteriorada, mampara de ducha defectuosa. En el altillo, sin ventana ni ventilador y sin aire acondicionado, se acumula un calor imposible de sacar. La dotación de cocina y baño es escasa y faltan artículos básicos (gel, servilletas, tijeras...). El entorno tampoco ayuda: solo bares nocturnos, sin comercios ni cafeterías durante el día. El súper más cercano está a 4 pisos y 2 cuestas de desnivel. Piden silencio de 23h a 9h, pero había obras en el edificio y el contiguo antes de esa hora; dado el estado de la zona, no parece algo puntual.

Agréable petit appartement avec vue

Logement charmant, bien équipé, au calme, parfait pour 3 personnes. Jolie terrasse avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Bonne localisation proche de la ville et de ses restaurants. Parking à 7 minutes à pied. Bonne communication avec notre hôte.

Attention, 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Cage d'escalier et escalier très vétuste. Je déconseillerai à des personnes qui n'ont pas une bonne condition physique ou de l'embonpoint.

Logement charmant, bien équipé, au calme, parfait pour 3 personnes. Jolie terrasse avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Bonne localisation proche de la ville et de ses restaurants. Parking à 7 minutes à pied. Bonne communication avec notre hôte.

Attention, 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Cage d'escalier et escalier très vétuste. Je déconseillerai à des personnes qui n'ont pas une bonne condition physique ou de l'embonpoint.
