L'hébergement est bien situé à Grand B soit à 5 mins du Casino, mais pas en bord de route vous devez sillonner quelques rues avant d'atteindre la cour puis l'hébergement . Elle est situé proche des habitations (les résidants de Maurice)
Nous étions flattés par les images postées sur booking , par ailleurs nous avons remarqué que la villas n’était pas réellement identique aux photos. j’ai été surprise de voir que pas mal de pièces ou équipements ne sont pas rafraîchi ou renouvelés.
Exemple dans l’un des séjours, les fauteuils n’était pas trop utilisable de peur d’abîmer ou de retirer davantage le revêtement et même de salir nos invités.
Pas de climatiseur malheureusement uniquement un petit ventilateur colonne pour une personne dans le séjour . De ce fait on est pas resté souvent à profiter du séjour .Une vieille machine à laver qui nous a dépannée mais de peur d’abîmer le joint de la machine ou ne pas récupérer nos vêtements à l’intérieur (porte bloquante)nous avons préféré ne plus l’utiliser et laver à la main. Une devanture pas trop entretenue très poussiéreuses.Personnellement, mon sanitaire dans ma chambre à revoir mais soit c’était l’odeur ou soit c’était les traces écœurante, une brosse à toilette très dégoûtante avec une grosse odeur des toilettes. Nous avions pris sur nous et investi dans du produit avant toute utilisation. Idem pour la literie à désodoriser de temps en temps et renouveler les tapis sols pour les chambres. Prévoir également l’entretien de vos climatiseurs aux niveaux des chambres (bruits/ et grosse fuite d’eau). Au vue de la qualité de vos échanges, la réactivité de votre opérateur,le circuit administratif avant notre arrivée, j’étais sûre d’avoir une qualité similaire en terme d’hébergement.Une caution de 500€ en espèce qui a failli nous passer sous le nez à cause d’un drap qu’il n’avait pas trouvé, deux petites assiettes non trouvées (non utilisés par moi).Je tiens fortement et j’insiste pour les prochains clients de bien regarder la liste inventaire transmis à votre arrivée par mail ou whatsapp afin de comparer dans chaque pièce le NOMBRE d’équipement prêté car cela vous porte PRÉJUDICE au moment de restituer la maison.
