Very disappointed. Will not repeat and banned the host.

None, just stay with nothing to do.. very3x not convenience stay..too much stress when stay here.

1. Only 1 access card provided for a unit, the card frequently not detect or difficult to scan at lift to go the respective level, sometime have to pass by other level since lift unable to read the card. 2. Motorcyle is not allowed to parking at the secured parking level, security ask to park outside the building which is not secured, but after this issue is getting seriuos then thier supervisor allowed us to park at the same designated parking level. Got 2 units motobikes with high CC. 3. 1 unit apartment provided 1 parking space for car only with no visitor parking, very not convenience to family gathering 3. Booked for 3 units appartments in a single booking, but the unit received were hillarious (got 1 at level 2, 1 at level 6 & 1 at level 17). Not suitable and ridiculous for family gathering. (Notes: already request to the host to have all 3 units as such location i.e adjoint/side by side or at the same level) 4. The television at 1 of the units malfunction, reported on the same date of checked in, host said technician will come, but never come. Then at late night, host offer to change the unit for next day, which i agree at first (tought able to get at the nearest unit with the other 2 units booked, but dissappoint due to hist offer to move to level 40 something (much higher level, and can imagine with the lift issue, this will getting worst) 5. Deposit rm200 for every units booked, but to get back the refund of the deposit took longer time i.e almost 15days, if not check back the bank statement might probably will not return the deposit.

Location are superb convenience but looking of better Agent trouble-shooting when concern raised.

Location are strategy, very nearby MRT station. morning market, food stall & etc

1)Smelly due to toilet poor air ventilation, owner should look into and improve it. 2)Contact # in web being informed no longer valid but there is superb slow or no respond from web contact. 3)Car park registration not properly well register prior to arrival, and wait for 1.5hrs++, only manage to contact Minsu Agent. 4)Only 1 carpark allow with family group of members, 6~8px homestay rent, agent/management team do not provide any solution except just ask to park at road side. Parking roadside car received 2 copy of summon per our next morning observation. 5)Comment on access card difficulty to scan for lift entrance, but NO replacement access card and ask to try on bomba lift, this is unacceptable since family trip including kids who may stuck at lift entrance where lack of air ventilation. 5)Cockroach found twice in kitchen & bathroom
