I am an experienced traveller and have trusted Booking.com with my travel arrangements for a long time. I regularly use your platform because I expect that the properties offered on Booking.com meet at least basic standards of cleanliness, safety, accuracy and quality, and that the photographs and descriptions published on the platform reasonably represent what a guest will actually receive. Unfortunately, I am genuinely shocked and extremely disappointed by what I encountered at this property. The accommodation provided to me is completely and fundamentally different from what was advertised on Booking.com. In my opinion, the actual condition of the property does not remotely correspond to the photographs and quality presented in the listing. The difference is not minor, subjective, or a matter of personal expectations. The property I arrived at does not correspond to the accommodation I paid for. My complaints are as follows: 1. The key collection location is approximately a 10-minute walk from the accommodation The key to the apartment is not provided at the property itself. I was required to collect it approximately 10 minutes away from the accommodation. This is a significant inconvenience and an important part of the check-in process which should be clearly and transparently communicated to guests before booking. After travelling and arriving at the property, having to walk another considerable distance simply to collect a key is not what a reasonable guest expects when booking accommodation through Booking.com. 2. The courtyard and entrance to the building are extremely dark and have no proper lighting The courtyard and the entrance/stairway to the building are completely dark, with no adequate source of lighting. This makes access to the property uncomfortable and potentially unsafe, especially after dark. THE WORST NIGHTMARE! don’t choose this property for even one night!!

They didn't send any check-in instructions. No one answered the calls. There is a restaurant nearby and we went there, it's a good thing the Indian guys helped us, otherwise we three girls would have been left outside in the cold at night, the owner of the house lied to us for several hours. The owner of the house answered a strange number and didn't answer our calls. As for the house, the inventory is small, you have to walk to the 8th floor, there is no elevator, it's terrible if you have luggage, the toilets are dirty with bad stairs, the house is cold and you can't even turn on the heater. There were mosquitoes and insects in the house. It was a very, very bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, duża przestrzeń. Dostępność ręczników. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i miłe powitanie.

Liczba naczyń ograniczona tylko do ilości osób które przebywają w mieszkaniu - a to utrudnia np. wygodne podanie śniadanie. Skrzypiąca podłoga. Tylko 1 komplet kluczy.
