Everything was great! The only thing that’s really important to know is that you should absolutely read the emails from the company before you arrive! It was crucial for us being able to get into our room in easy way. It also was really great to get the pass to travel around the city, which was an extra great highlight for us. It was nice not having to think about how much to pay and when and where to get places. We didn’t use the upstairs lounge much but it’s nice. It was available if we did want it and we thought the room was really fun and cool.
The only thing is you have to be careful to read the email and know that it’s not staffed. But they try to be really clear about it so if you miss that part, it’s kind of your fault.

The communal area upstairs is great, there’s everything you could need. Inside the apartment there is a lot of storage, separate toilet and a long length mirror. They have thought of everything. The complimentary tea, coffee and fruit is a nice touch. Location is good with a tram stop right outside and a supermarket downstairs.
