A complete disaster from start to finish. The property description was false & misleading.

Nothing - The place is absolutely terrible and misleading experience—Avoid at All Costs!

Absolutely Terrible and Misleading Experience! Our stay was a complete disaster from start to finish due to a false and highly misleading property description. I urge all future guests to avoid this listing. Safety, Accessibility, and Noise: Dangerous Location: The front door opens directly onto a street with speeding traffic and bikes, creating a safety hazard. Not Accessible: Difficult parking, a long walk to the house, and an entirely uphill walk to town (not the advertised 10 minutes) make it unsuitable for the elderly or people with disabilities. Excessive Noise: The loud, ongoing traffic noise was unacceptable and undisclosed. Unsanitary Conditions & Missing Essentials: Heavy Smoke Hazard: We were met with an overpowering, pervasive smoke and smell upon arrival, which the owner dismissed. Lack of Cleanliness: The entire house was dirty, with ripped towels, dirty rags, and a stained sofa. No Hot Water: The water heater was off, forcing a freezing cold shower at 10 PM. Missing/Unsanitary Items: No essentials (shampoo/soap), and the kettle was disgustingly moldy and black. Cramped Space: The house is far too small, making it difficult to use the sofa bed or even open luggage. Dishonest Owner and Refund Refusal: The owner, after initially promising a refund for our troubles, reneged on the firm verbal agreement shortly after we committed to booking an alternate property. We left after one rough night. The owner then began harassing us with false accusations of damage and demands for extra fees as "revenge" for a negative review. We felt extremely uncomfortable with both the property and the greedy, dishonest owner. Booking.com should be held accountable for listing such a poorly maintained property with false claims.

Bella vista, bell'appartamento.

Meglio in macchina o taxi
