Location
The stairs to get to room and the lights that kept going out before reached floor were dangerous on the slippery stairs as pitch black

Location was great room was big balcony/porch area was lovely.
Lack of communal spaces, and no staff interaction. My shower head didn’t work which is the worst !!

Location was great, clean and comfortable
No lift and it’s essential if you are in rooms 2.3 & 4.
Wasn’t keen on the bathroom within the room, we were in room 1. No privacy.

The location is fantastic, right in heart of Birgu. The access to the room was secure and efficient and the communication from the host prior to arrival was excellent.
The room it self is beautiful - Room 2 - self contained, very clean with a traditional balcony overlooking the street. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The room contained everything needed.
It was really let down by the water situation. The day we arrived there was virtually no water coming from the bathroom tap or the shower. The toilet made a lot of noise and the cistern was filling with hot water.
The next morning however, there was water coming from the shower, although not enough hot water for both of us. Also the shower head is not fixed properly, so we had to hold it all the time.
Whilst walking up or down the stairs the automatic lights are not timed to come on long enough to get down the stairs. So this meant we were left in darkness mid stairs, having to wave our arms about to get them to come on.
