The location is just a walking distance to KL Convention Centre where I attended a conference and nearby to a convenience store. The view from the room is a plus point.
The passageway leading to the building's mini-market had an eerie atmosphere, surrounded by unfinished and empty retail units.

Service is very good.
Facilities are good.
This is my second time staying here in 2-3 years.
Will be back again.

We booked this very last minute as our original booking would not allow us to check-in after 12 am (due to a flight delay). As a family of 4 we faced having nowhere to stay but this property was the only one that we could find that allowed the late check-in. We were very grateful for this and the property was very lovely and perfectly located.

Location, spacious enough for a small family of 4 to 5 people, City View
low speed, Wifi, loud drilling sound (maybe of repair in adjecent unit), unresolved dispute of extra charges through booking.com, No early check-in facility (they r rigid on it).
I could get a much better property in a much cheaper price ... so bad luck for me this time...
