Great location, but dirty

The location to we Wembley park station was great

The cleanliness of the property was way below par… Broken shower holder, mold black and pink , found all over the bathroom, unprotected pillows and heavily stained. Heat…. Jeez the place was hot and the fans provided rotated hot air. Dirty staircase carpet and marked walls with odd liquid splattered substance, broken door handles, heavily chipped skirting boards Broken banister bracket, broken into the wall… also the wardrobes was thick with dust Not cleaned in a very long time. It isn’t fancy. Very kitch, like your grandmas house, all charity shop type of decor, so if you want fancy this is not for you. However I have highlighted these issues with the management company and she said that she has put things in place to have all these things rectified. Michelle the person that was my contact. Did allow us to drop off cases at 2pm before official check in. The cleaners had gone at this point. And she arranged a later check out if 11.30am So I hope the next tenants will not experience what we have . To receive a measly 17.5% refund. Covering the cleaning and linen charge (what cleaning) I paid nearly £2k for 4 nights Absolutely disgraced with the small discount. I have never placed a negative review on here, but the small refund was not enough. I won’t post the pictures as they have said they will be rectified. . It should never have been let out in this standard at such cost.

Clean, Spacious, and close to Wembley Stadium. 100% We'd book here again.

We were give the code for the lockbox a couple of days before we arrived. The house was clean and tidy. We had an electric fan in each bedroom and one in the living room. There was a booklet in the house with loads of information on how to get around, what shops/restaurants are close by. Michelle kept in contact via email throughout our stay.

We didn't have anything negative to say about the house.

We were give the code for the lockbox a couple of days before we arrived. The house was clean and tidy. We had an electric fan in each bedroom and one in the living room. There was a booklet in the house with loads of information on how to get around, what shops/restaurants are close by. Michelle kept in contact via email throughout our stay.

We didn't have anything negative to say about the house.
