We stayed for 2 nights in interconnecting rooms. The location was perfect, and the hotel is quite new. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The only downside was that we could hear water running through the pipes in the middle of the night, which was a bit annoying.

The studio unit we finished up with was absolutely excellent with comfortable bed, functional kitchen, lovely modern bathroom and washing facilities. The hotel was perfectly situated for walking to restaurants and city centre. Secure parking behind hotel. Hotel management able to accommodate requested room change.
We rejected the pre-booked one-bedroom unit with it's windowless interior bedroom and changed to a studio unit that was smaller but had all we needed and, most essentially, an outlook. No refund was offered for the requested room downgrade.

The location was fabulous, and a very comfortable place.
Wasn’t able to get parking but aside from that all was good.

Location was fine.
The documentation was clumsy- it should be clearer.
