This Townplace Suites location was pretty good but overall did not live up to our previous experiences at other properties. The building felt older, not quite as well kept in terms of hallway cleanliness, etc. our room was clean and beds were very comfortable but our toilet had a loose seat that wobbled all around and, try as we did, we could not get the shower /bath water to stay in the tub and we ended up with a wet bathroom floor much of the time. We didn’t have time to get them to fix it though they offered.
Breakfast at this property was OK.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The front desk staff were amazing!! Very personable and fun. Other staff were nice and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. Other than the shower not having a door and soaking the floor every time we took a shower.
The amenities were great.
