About this apartment rental
First floor, separate entrance. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation.
Here we offer our vacation rental "Zur alten Wäscherei," completely NEWLY furnished. Very tasteful and elegant.
Ideal for up to 3 people. Possibly 4 people, though the 120x200 sofa bed in the living room is a bit cramped. ;-)
But if you like it or are used to it, by all means!
Location: 70186 Stuttgart, Libanonstraße
You can reach downtown Stuttgart on foot in 20–25 minutes—perhaps via the famous “Stuttgarter Stäffele”
You can also reach the stadium, the Cannstatter Wasen, Schleyer Halle, Porsche Arena, and the Mercedes Museum within a 30-minute walk. Karl-Olga Hospital and the SWR.
Of course, you can also get there by bus or train. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.
Stuttgart Central Station is 3 bus stops away and about a 5-minute walk.
The airport is 15 km away.
Shopping options such as Aldi, REWE, a butcher shop, DM, and a pharmacy are right in the neighborhood... etc... Amenities:
You’ll be staying in a 77-square-meter apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen. All appliances are included, such as a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a washer-dryer (washer and dryer in one unit).
Bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm)
Living room with a sleeper sofa (120x200) and TV; dining area between the kitchen and living room, all of which is open-concept.
Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a separate entrance from the street. The apartment is entirely accessible at ground level. Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, shower amenities, and a starter pack including coffee, tea, 1 bottle of water, salt/pepper, vinegar, oil, etc., are provided. Garage for cars available!
Children up to and including 2 years of age stay free of charge in a travel crib you bring with you or in their parents’ bed.
We live in the house and are happy to assist via email, cell phone, or simply by ringing the doorbell!

This apartment is beautiful. Clean, modern, and well-equipped. Host left a little welcome gift for us, which was a nice touch. We had tickets to a Euro football match and this location was perfect for us. Transit nearby and easy to access. I highly recommend this place!
