The staff is super friendly, the room is very large and very well equipped. It has a shower / onsen area, and it is quite lovely. It has a washing machine and a very effective drying fan inside the bath area.
Not sure what else to say, it was very comfortable during our 4 or so nights in Osaka.

Spacious and comfortable with an amazing restaurant underneath with the tastiest tacos you’ll find in Japan
