The size of the room even though a little tired was still one of the better ones in the area. Location is great and very quiet at night, Staff were excellent we had a couple of minor issues with the room but were rectified instantly.
The rooms were in need of a refurbishment which i believe is in progress and the roof on the balcony leaked badly when it rained. The sporadic number of towels left by room service all were taken away but not all replaced.

Great location in a busy area, but nicely secluded at the end of a street. Rooms were spacious and clean and stuff were friendly.
Restaurant service and food quality was poor.

The only thing I liked is the location. It's in a good location, on a straight road from the beach. There are a lot of cafes and massage places along the road, and you can see the resort or hotel right across from the main road as well. Walking there is also a very nice experience, along these cafes and massage places. That's the only good thing about this place: the location.
Where to start? The reception staff here was terrible, especially the reception staff. The boys who help with the bags and related tasks are extremely nice and friendly, and they help you very well.
The reception staff, especially when I came, were this guy and a woman who was wearing a hijab. There's nothing wrong with that. They were kind of busy talking to each other, and there were also some other staff members there. They were so busy talking to each other that they didn't even give me any attention, even though I was there for a few minutes. It took them time to respond, and they were not friendly or smiling. It was a very bad impression when I first came to the reception, but after a while, it changed. The lady in the hijab was really weird, looking at me without smiling.
The other reception staff I find decent, and the boys and other staff around the place are amazing. The security and other staff were just carrying our bags to the rooms and stuff like that. They were super friendly and amazing.
When I was there, it was just raining. It seems like there are quite different categories of rooms and segments in the resort. It seems like there was some event or wedding happening beforehand, so there were some leftovers. Getting to my room involved a little walking and a few stairs, and there was water along the corridor. Again, it was just raining all day. That was a bit bad, but it was not that bad. The room was quite spacious, and the view from the balcony was also nice.
The door or doorknob was really hard to close, and it seemed like a very old building. Along with all that, the staff responses made it a pretty bad, okay-ish place to stay. I will never come back and stay here.
