One of the best 3 star hotels I went in my life. Clean, cozy, the breakfast was good
There was no room service, and I would have liked more variety in the breakfast menu from day to day, as the options were pretty much the same throughout our three-day stay.

Clean. Nice staff. Good Hampton breakfast.
Would have enjoyed at least a plastic cup in the room.

Clean. Friendly staff. Location.
The bed could be more comfortable. (A bit lumpy)

The hotel was lovely and clean, with great modern decor. The staff were super professional and helpful. The rooms were tidy, clean and quite spacious with nice decor. Overall the hotel was lovely, usually more than I'd pay but the availability was low for London on this weekend.
My room was right next to the elevator and so could hear people coming and going.
