It had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of of room & a little courtyard at the back

I did struggle with the steps to enter the unit (but only because of medical issues. Not the property’s fault but the neighbours above were very inconsiderate with regard to noise

Nightmare

😤Nightmare… if I could rate this minus stars I definitely would from the minute we arrived at the apartment the outside was shabby unkept rusty, weeds everywhere. Then from opening the front door the strong smell of damp was ridiculous. I open the patio doors to the terrace area to let some air in to find weeds as tall as me very unkept and there’s no way it looks anything like the photos we couldn’t even sit out there. There was paint flaking off damp patches in the bedroom. I moved the bedside table closer to the bed so I could reach the lamp to find a big damp patch hidden behind them, on opening the drawers to put my clothes away the inside of the drawers smelt horrendous all the cupboard doors in the kitchen and draws inside smelt bad. I had to leave my clothes in my case in the living room which wasn’t as bad. I contacted the owner who told me she would check this out on my departure however there was no way she didn’t realise that this property was in such a state. I tried to look for accommodation close by but was unsuccessful so I had to stay there the three nights & it was the most uncomfortable bed and the apartment above felt like they were in my room. I could hear every word every & footstep. On the first night they were contractors who stayed up to late and got up early. It’s such a shame because the location is great in the bathroom was the best part of the stay, I have taken this up with Booking.com who are dealing with the owners who apparently will not acknowledge my complaint or any form of compensation. I have numerous photos of how it actually looks compared to what’s online sound recordings of the noise I had to enjoy every day. We also were made aware that the other Appartments that they own above and the side are in a worse state. Please do not waste John money there is no way that this room was worth £100 a night

Uncomfortable stay didn’t sleep for 3 nights.

Location was good and property clean.

The noise from apartment above with guest having loud music all night and moving around like a herd of elephants…it’s a shame as the property was in good location for me.
