Ian is very helpful and flexible according to the times of the arrival and departure. The place is in perfect location and have its own climate . Do not judge from the first look - believe me , it’s much more cool and comfortable than it looks from the first time ( I mean building is a beet creepy looking) but no worries it is just an imagination of perspective, all neighbors and residents are so nice and helpful. We have also a common Sukkah! Everyday - literally! We’re discovered something new in that place ! You have everything over there ! Definitely worth to stay there! Thank you Ian for all your help, possibility to stay in your Studio , lot of love ! 👍👍👍
