La nostra esperienza è stata purtroppo molto negativa, soprattutto per la gestione. Il volo è atterrato alle 22:30 e, nonostante avessimo avvisato in anticipo del nostro arrivo in tarda serata, alle 23:00 eravamo davanti alla guesthouse senza aver ricevuto alcun codice per le chiavi. Dopo diverse chiamate, ci hanno fatto provare tutte le cassette delle chiavi perché non sapevano quale fosse quella corretta. Alla fine ci hanno indicato una cassetta con un mazzo di chiavi con la scritta “office”, assicurandoci che fossero quelle giuste. La situazione dava chiaramente l’impressione che si fossero completamente dimenticati del nostro arrivo e che nessuno fosse realmente a conoscenza della nostra prenotazione. Siamo quindi andati nell’appartamento, a circa 10 minuti di distanza, ma le chiavi non aprivano nessuna porta. Dopo un’altra chiamata ci è stato detto che le donne delle pulizie avevano perso le chiavi e che quindi non potevamo soggiornare nell’alloggio prenotato. All’1:30 circa ci è stato detto di arrangiarci contattando Booking, che però non rispondeva, oppure di andare in hotel a nostre spese. Ci siamo quindi ritrovati nel cuore della notte senza un alloggio. Dopo circa mezz’ora siamo stati ricontattati e ci è stato proposto un appartamento alternativo a circa 40 minuti di distanza, dove siamo arrivati alle 3:00. La mattina successiva abbiamo perso un’altra mezza giornata per recuperare finalmente le chiavi dell’alloggio prenotato. Durante tutta la situazione abbiamo riscontrato poca disponibilità e professionalità da parte del personale, con alcuni atteggiamenti che ci sono sembrati addirittura derisori. Anche l’appartamento presenta diversi problemi: dei tre bagni indicati, in uno il doccino non funziona, in un altro non può essere fissato al muro e deve essere tenuto in mano durante la doccia, mentre nel terzo non è presente la doccia. L’alloggio era inoltre molto sporco e presentava numerosi segni e macchie sui muri.

Des doubles rideaux sont nécessaires dans les chambres car les stores ne sont pas assez occultant. Le problème a déjà été signalé en 2024. De plus, les voisins qui habitent à temps plein dans la maison d’à côté ont un gros chien qui aboie du matin au soir (dès 8h00 et parfois jusqu’à 1h00). La centrale de réservation en a été informée et la solution proposée a été de nous fournir des bouchons d’oreille. Le petit patio pourrait être agréable s’il était entretenu (caillebotis cassés et grande branches de palmiers au sol).
