The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, with lots of open spaces downstairs to work or hang out. We held an event there and had a block of rooms reserved and they were beyond accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Bentonville on foot. The staff was very friendly.
Be aware that there is no parking onsite. Your only options are valet at an additional charge or public parking. The valet service was good.

It was very clean and the help was amazing.

Nice facility, good location, nice amenities, restaurant, bar, and coffee.
The rooms are ridiculously small, the rooms do not have any attributes you would think should be in a fairly nice hotel. No water no coffee no fridge no microwave and no privacy. The toilet was in a closet that is beyond small. I suppose the room is OK if you were staying by yourself, but even then the amenities are pretty lacking.
