We stayed at Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel during a transit and it was exactly what we needed. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well before our onward flight.

Great location, friendly staff and overall a nice building with pretty good facilities.
Nothing in particular but in a couple areas it could have been a touch cleaner and it was slightly more expensive than alternatives for the facilities received.

The hotel is perfectly located in historic district of Hanoi. The rooms are bright and colourful, very spacious, and very clean. The hotel restaurant is on the top floor with a very good breakfast. The hotel staff are fantastic - so fun and friendly. In particular, I would love to thank Rosie. She runs the hotel travel desk. She arranged all of my trips in Vietnam, including Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay cruise, and Cu Chi tunnel trip in HCMC. She was simply amazing to work with.
There is nothing not to love about this hotel!!!

The staff was cordial.
The room has too manybyhings but nothing useful, room sz was too small, toilet faucet broken the jet spray was extremely dirty..
The choice of food for breakfast was limited and the arrangement was not upto the expectation
