The location was fantastic; it was possible to reach Seattle's main tourist attractions by walking.
Having a washing machine and a dryer was excellent. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. The host had left salt-pepper, coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. There was cold water waiting for us in the refrigerator. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, even detergent for the dishwasher. It was also great that there was shampoo in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were clean.
The overall cleanliness of the house was not particularly good; it might have been cleaned, but the stains on the carpets certainly didn't give that impression. The decor was unusual.

Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location
While it is centrally located next to excellent restaurants, this also leads to quite a bit of late night noise from the streets.

Great location near to cruise port and Pike Market. Really nice duplex apartment with pool and gym. Reception desk manned 24 hours. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the water.
I expect the apartment might be uncomfortable in the height of summer as the double height windows were south-face and the airconditioning units are small portable units - they might struggle.

Parking structure felt safe
Host should communicate with you sooner, with clear instruction on how to get into the property. We were within our arrival window, however we were left waiting to get into the penthouse property 30-60 min past our window. We were told we would be charged for being late, but our host left us waiting in the alley and lobby past our arrival window. The penthouse was clearly worn down and in need of a deep clean.
