Great location, central to points of interest in Niijima
Bike rentals available to make getting around the island super easy
Host was incredibly friendly despite the language barrier we made it work
The mattress of the bed was a bit harder than I prefer

The room is perfect for a stay on the island - very comfortable. There is plenty of space for luggage, a convenient sink with a mirror, and the toilet and shower are separate. The terrace is very useful; it has a small drying rack where you can dry your swimsuits after visiting the onsen.
There is a bicycle rental shop right next to the property. The host is incredibly kind - he gave us a ride to the ferry and even provided us with towels for the journey after we got caught in the rain while cycling.
Everything was perfect.
