Unique Boutique Hotel Antibes Juan-les-Pins

Location is excellent, close to the beach and 20 minute walk into Antibes. The room had a lovely terrace with sun all day. Decor was oppulent. Very large comfortable bed. Attached restaurant was superb for breakfast and evening meals were as good as any -and better than most -restaurants in Juan

Nothing to dislike

Its been my 4th time visiting Riviera and mostly i was staying in Nice but this time everything was overbooked so i started to look other locations and luckily popped out into this hotel. The design is made by the architect i already admired from some other projects. But what surprised me the most that not only this hotel is sophisticated and my room was just amazing. But the service was on the level of Ritz. Restaurant downstairs is a part of the hotel and not only provided with healthy and complex breakfasts, but menu a la cart was great as well. Highly recommend this place to spend your perfect Hollidays . Thanks to the team for my great time 🤍

The design and location

The aircon in the lounge of the apartment was not working for the entire stay of 2 nights. Once guest became ill due to sleeping in the lounge which was then 28degrees. This was during the heatwave and only after I asked repeatedly was I given a fan for the lounge where either a toddler or elderly needed to sleep. I was offered some toiletries in return and told no discount could be applied as I had prepaid the rooms. I explained I thought a discount was appropriate given the situation. Disappointing customer service. Breakfast only from 9am.
