If you're looking for a home that blends classic charm with modern convenience, this older beauty in Galveston is an absolute delight. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by stunning wood details that add warmth and character. Inside it feel like a home with history and soul.One of the standout features is the generous layout—three bedrooms come with its own full bathroom, offering both privacy and ease for residents and guests alike. In addition there is a fourth full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. And let’s talk about the amenities. We did not use the pool as the weather was too cold at the time. The master bedroom has a sun room which we closed off so everyone could enjoy. It was an ideal spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening hangout. With ample space throughout, you never feel cramped—just relaxed and at home.Location is another huge plus. You’re close to Pleasure Pier and all the excitement of Galveston. Whether you’re looking for entertainment or simply a scenic stroll along the shore, everything is within easy reach.Overall, this home is a rare find. It’s rich in character, packed with comfort, and perfectly situated for enjoying all that Galveston has to offer. If you love an older home with history, space, and charm, this one is sure to win you over.

Beautiful home! Perfect for 10 ladies over a 4-day weekend. Really enjoyed the pool, great kitchen and nicely appointed bedrooms. Thanks to Eddie for all the personal service!

We stayed at this property a year ago and the condition of the property has gone downhill to say the least. Upon arrival and getting out of our vehicles we were met with very loud noise coming from the back yard. It was the pool pump that was so loud we could not talk to each other until we turned it off. We also noticed the pool was very cloudy. I let the host know that we needed someone to come look at it right away because we didnt want the motor to burn up. They said that we needed to wait for several hours yo use the pool because it had just been treated. Granted check in was 4 and we didnt arrive until 7 so by the time we could use the pool we would be going to bed. I asked what it was treated with and after back and forth finally was told it was shocked and chlorinated which you need to wait 8-24 hrs but only after we were told it was ok to swim and had already been in the pool. Also the yard was filthy with kid pool toys and trash and storage containers under and around pool and deck. The grills were disgusting and utensils left out. The master bedroom shower does not drain(also didnt drain a year ago). Door knobs fell off almost every door even locking people in the bunkbed room. The porch is full of spider webs. Glass doors and windows were so dirty and full if hand prints. AC barely cooled. Not enough towels for the number of people we booked for. No extra toilet paper only half used rolls that we replaced. Doors are hard to lock and do not stay closed unless lock
