About this apartment rental
The apartment is part of a building with only 4 units and is located on the first floor on the northwest side, accessible via an exterior staircase shared by the two apartments on that floor. RESERVED PARKING SPACE.
We are located on Via Rosi in Lido di Camaiore, 200 meters from the beaches, which are within walking distance. The property is situated in a very quiet residential area consisting of villas and high-end accommodations, yet close to all the town’s amenities as well as the shopping promenade.
Brand-new—we’ve just completed a total renovation—the entrance opens into a spacious living area that transitions at the far end into a dining area with a large table and an open kitchen equipped with every amenity; on the left, as you enter through two separate door-windows, you’ll find the large L-shaped terrace that wraps around this floor.
To the right of the kitchen, a small hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two large master bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a shower.
To complete the tour of the house, we head upstairs via the staircase to the largest bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a second stunning terrace—spacious and furnished as a sun deck or for pleasant summer dinners with family and friends.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, and all the furnishings are brand new as well as very functional.
Rentals require a minimum stay of 6–7 days during the summer, while shorter stays can be arranged during the off-season; utilities are included year-round, and bed and/or bath linens are provided upon request.
