You are a 10-15 min drive to just about anywhere in the city and a short 2 min walk to groceries, donuts, and restaurants. Casual, relaxing and comfortable, this space provides the perfect place to relax. This top unit condo bodes tons of natural light. We loved this condo, coffee on the balcony every morning was amazing. My son loved the couch so much he decided to sleep on it every night. The only thing to be aware of is that it's on the second floor so if you have trouble with steps it may be a tough one. The condo is so quiet and peaceful and the location is great. It felt like we were within 20 minutes of everything
