Located in Termeno sulla Strada del Vino/Tramin an der Weinstraße, the apartment 'Karin - Cabernet' offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 50 m² accommodation on the second floor can host up to 4 guests and is equipped with Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and heating. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.
You share a covered terrace with a seating area, sun loungers, and a play corner. An electric table grill is available for shared use on the rooftop terrace. Please leave the grill clean after use and unplug it. Public transport is within walking distance, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee; please do not let them on the bed or sofa. The rooftop terrace and garden are not accessible to dogs. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment. Leaflets with recommended dog walking routes are provided. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Due to the central location, traffic noise may be audible with open windows, but the windows offer good soundproofing.
Homemade products are available. A bread delivery service is available on request. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation; more information is provided on site. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee. A filter coffee machine and filters are provided. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are available. Bottled water is provided; please return the empty bottles.
