Lush place, with amazing facilities and view. Would recommend!

Super lush, great pool and rooms. Amazing view and the images online matches the actual accomodation. The host was also super accomodating and helped replace the water dispense when needed.

The lounge/kitchen could use with curtains or more air conditioning as the walls are all glass so gets super hot during the day.

This villa really is exceptional!

It’s a total dream, idyllic, peaceful and tranquil. Super clean, and the staff cleaned it all up every day too which made life feel super luxurious haha! The pool is insanely good!! It was constantly clean, there was never a single bit of dirt or leaves etc in there, the infinity aspect of it was so nice! The beds are so comfortable we all slept really well. The host was so attentive, would go out of his way to help us at any time, even at midnight when our daughter was sick and it was out of their hours he sent people round to give us more bedding and cleaning products. He also took our laundry to the laundrette even though it’s not a service they offer. And they gave us a very late checkout as we had an evening flight which made our holiday end so nicely!! We could relax in bed all morning then pack up calmly :) People say the location isn’t ideal but I thought it was great, ubud was a 15 min drive (the traffic really isn’t that bad like everyone says, at least it always moves and it’s only certain roads that are bad then it clears up). Also there is an AMAZING restaurant 10 mins away called Wedja, you MUST go there the food and ambiance is amazing and it has this huge fairytale garden that you’ll want to get photographs in! It’s walking distance but Ideally don’t walk places just get a taxi (same with everywhere in ubud) as the pavements are not safe at all, you have to walk in the road, there are huge pot holes everywhere, obstacles and pure chaos. We are a family of 4 with kids and walked the first day but from then on we never walked anywhere! The road leading up to the villas is extremely bad and taxis generally won’t pick you up from outside the villa so you need to walk 5 mins up hill to meet them at the road. It’s also very difficult to find so they always get lost. It was no problem for us though, it’s certainly not a hardship.

Even though I rate this place exceptional and I’d 100% come back again I did have a couple of things to say. The floors inside the whole villa are very slippery, I slipped and fell when coming in from the pool as there was no mat at the door and also whilst in the shower, if I come again I’d request a mat at every entrance. If I’d told the host he would have sorted that for me but it was late on in the trip. Also the doors throughout the villa are not safe especially for kids, they are metal and slam shut. On day one my finger got slammed in the door and cut so we were all extra cautious after that. Also the sun loungers don’t have legs and are on the floor which could be a problem for anyone older or with back/joint problems.
