The 3-level apartment itself was beautiful. Exactly as the photos depict. The location is perfect! Literally, you walk out, and you're right in the heart of town. That said, it was off a back street, so the noise level from nearby restaurants was minimal. The stairs are a bit of a death trap, though, so definitely a bit risky after a couple of drinks. The kitchen was well equipped, though surprisingly lacked any tea towels.
I gave this property an overall score of 7 because the managing company fell far short. Months earlier, I was told the second bed would be made up because there was the two of us staying, my friend and I. When I arrived at the property, I found it there were no sheets on the second bed. I was told it would be sorted by the end of the day. I had to call around to several people on the management team, who kept promising but never delivered. Sheets were finally dropped off late on the second day, but without any type of duvet. Evenings get cold in late September. We also pre-booked ATVs with them, but again, we got radio silence on the day. We stayed 6 nights in total, which is fairly substantial, and spent a decent amount of money, so I expected a bit more from them.

Amazing! The location is unbeatable. Adriana is so great! So accommodating, gave us lots of suggestions . The kitchen came in really handy, particularly when we wanted just to have breakfast at home and a cup of tea in the morning.
