It was very clean. To have two bathrooms for six people was useful. One of the showers had problem with drain. Two people had to sleep in a sofa bed, so we had to unfold the sofa, but there was no fitted sheet, owner brought us the right one. The sofa bed a bit narrower, two men slept here and it was ok. In the flat you are in private, downstairs lives somebody, but we almost didn't know about them. A kitchen had everything you need (except dishwasher). The location is not so bad, you walk 10 to 15 mins to train station (Catford Bridge, or you can take a bus) and than you go 20 mins to city centre by train (London Bridge station), so if you spend whole day in the city centre, the location is perfect. There is Lidl for groceries nearby, McDonald, KFC, two Costas, gym etc. Some maybe feel not the safest in the neighborhood, but everything was fine.
A hair dryer was missing, but we had our own. Wifi connection in a living room was very bad so the TV was useless.

This was a last minute stay, host was very welcoming although we woke them up as was late. However he spent time to ensure we had a lovely stay and could contact him whenever.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio con servicios a sólo 10 minutos andando y una parada de autobús casi en la puerta. Es una zona tranquila. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesites, es muy amplio y perfecto para una familia de 4 personas, incluso tenía un enchufe para aparatos eléctricos españoles. Todo un acierto, ya que llegamos muy tarde y no lo teníamos a mano. Limpieza excelente y contacto rápido con el anfitrión antes de la reserva. Sin duda lo tendré en cuenta para un próximo viaje

I like that the kitchen and bathrooms were newer.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house.
The neighbourhood was not great. It's run down, and locals told us that it's a sketchy area. We didn't walk around the area in the evening. We had no issues during the day catching the bus or trains. Saying that, the house is on the outskirts of London City, you will need to take a train into the city centre. I should mention that it's on a VERY BUSY main road so there is road noise.
The exterior of the home was unkept and dirty. There was debris on the floor between the two indoor doors. The backyard was full of garbage and debris and overgrown with weeds, and several foxes hung out there. The ad said they had a grill, but they did not have a BBQ. No shampoo or body wash available. There is no hand soap in either bathroom. No dish soap other than a small amount leftover that wasn't enough to wash dishes with. There is no dishwasher. Two half rolls was the only toilet paper originally provided. No garbage bags were provided, and the second bathroom had a used maxi pad in the garbage from the prior user. The home was not pre cleaned or was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. I don't believe that the cleaning was not complete due to our early afternoon check in. The cleaners are not doing a thorough cleaning. Dryer trap was as thick as a scarf as well.
I did not pay for the early check-in fee.
The walls inside the flat were dirty and there are spider webs everywhere. The floors were not vacuumed or washed prior to our arrival. The second bedrooms bed sheets were not changed from the previous person. Gross!! They were navy blue and had stains on them. One of the showers was not usable upon our arrival for a couple of days due to being clogged.
The property manager Christian was advised of the above deficiencies and the next day he brought bed sheets, 4 small rolls of toilet paper for our 9 night stay, 2 small paper towel rolls, garbage bags, 2 body washes, 2 hand soap bottles, clean sheets.
