The property itself is beautiful and tucked away in a quaint part of town. You have direct access to the garden, with wonderful views of the mountains and river. Then there’s the amazing host, Roy, who’s incredibly friendly and welcoming, along with his two sidekicks, Lola and Georgie. Lola is especially friendly and loves keeping you company (and demanding pets!), so be sure to give her plenty of attention if you’re a cat lover.
The room is tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It’s also thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a quick breakfast, including coffee, tea, cereal, and milk.
I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Queenstown!
I loved everything about my stay! Just a headsup, though! the property is about a 10 minute drive from central Queenstown, so having a car is definitely recommended. That said, it’s absolutely worth the short drive for the amazing views and peaceful surroundings.

This accommodation is exceptional. Everything was perfect in terms of facilities and location, with lots of complimentary extras such as breakfast cereals and full range of teas and coffees. Best accommodation we’ve had in NZ-would highly recommend.

We had a pleasure staying at Garden of Eden. Roy greeted us and help us with our luggages which is so kind of him.
The house is complete with all the things you need for your stay.
There’s absolutely nothing not to like about the house.

Outside of the city center, yet it is close by. The view is gorgeous. Bed is super comfy. Well furnished. Great hosts
Nothing comes to mind beside… it’s only hard to cook by using the whole plate as the pots don’t fit when you want to use both at the same time.
