Convenient location

A pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with sufficient storage and clean kitchen utensils. Being on the top floor, we had a lovely, unobstructed view, although the haze unfortunately obscured much of it during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the LRT, shopping centres and Grab rides. The surroundings felt safe, even at night, the lifts were efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only minor downside was the TV entertainment. Netflix was inaccessible as the account had reached its device limit, and there were no local TV channels. A small inconvenience that didn't affect our overall stay.

Clean, good location and spacious apartment
The responsiveness of the staff to requests was very slow and the only way to communicate wither was via whatsapp. The ACs stopped working in one of the bedrooms and living room and it took them over 4 hours to respond to the come and fix the AC despite repeated requests. No broom or vaccum provided in the service apartment nor any additional bin liners. Had to make repeated requests to get a broom and a few bin liners. Breakfast was also below average and horrible coffee so not worth including this in your room tariff if you have to the option to eat out.
