Our stay at Acoya Residences was absolutely fantastic. From the very first moment, we felt that this was a truly special place.
The welcome reception was exceptional. We were personally welcomed by the hosts, who had also prepared a lovely surprise for us.
The true soul of Acoya Residences is Manos. He is an incredibly helpful, kind and energetic person who genuinely cares about his guests. He seems to know everything about Paros and the surrounding area. Manos can create a perfect plan for your entire stay, including beaches, villages, restaurants and places worth visiting. I strongly recommend following his advice – it makes discovering Paros so much easier and more enjoyable. He can recommend exactly where to go and where to eat, depending on what you are looking for.
Our room was absolutely beautiful – spacious, very tastefully designed in an authentic Greek style and spotlessly clean. The terrace was fantastic, and our room had an incredible sea view and a view of the sunset. Sitting there in the evening was simply magical. It felt like a dream.
The location in Aliki is excellent. It is a small, peaceful and charming seaside village with some really excellent restaurants. It is quiet enough to completely relax, yet also a perfect base for exploring the rest of Paros. And, of course, Manos is always there with the best recommendations.
The entire Acoya Residences is beautifully designed and maintained. Breakfast is served on the terrace in the garden, creating an almost fairytale-like atmosphere. The breakfasts themselves are delicious and based on fresh, local products. I especially recommend the omelette with all the extras – absolutely fantastic!
A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Manos, for making our stay so memorable. Acoya Residences is a truly special place, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros. We would absolutely love to come back!
The only thing I would improve is the bathroom. The shower installation is quite old, and the bathing experience is rather uncomfortable due to the very limited space. There is a small bathtub with a shower curtain instead of a proper shower cabin, which makes it a bit difficult to use.
Apart from that, everything else at Acoya Residences was excellent. Upgrading the bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided allot of information about what to see and where to eat. The breakfast was excellent. The resort is near a small town with stores and many good restaurant options.
The bed was a little hard for our taste and the shower was a bit small.

Nice outdoor area with a good feel to it. Very close to restaurants, beach and some shops.
The bathrooms are tiny, so small that it was even hard to get in and out and closing the door. They were also very dated and felt dirty. We realised when being there that there are no photos of the bathrooms on here and we understand why. I took a photo for others to see but it looks bigger than it was. Even my 10 yr old struggled with the size.
The room itself is ok, it's renovated but it feels like it's mostly on the surface.
We are a large family and booked 6 double bedrooms. Our room smelled of mould so were given a new one which was better. My mother had a problem with flies in the bathroom, like 20+ small flies coming out of the drains/shower.
The bathrooms really let this place down. We felt like we didn't even want to take a shower because it didn't feel clean.
The room next door flushing the toilet was so loud that it woke us up.
It just wasn't a comfortable stay overall.
