Horrible

Nothing

If I could rate less than 1 I would. Don’t throw away your money to these scammers, First of all the stuff does not speak English then in the first room they gave us there were cockroaches in the kitchen, when we requested to change the room they just told the guy that was leaving next to us to go clean it, which he didn’t and then we come back there are still cockroaches in the kitchen. After some complaining, they change us rooms with one on the seventh floor, it looked clean in the beginning but the next morning when I woke up, I saw some bedbugs crawling around my sheets and they checked under the bed and there was more along with some eggs, When we went downstairs to request a refund and leave, they refused to give our money back and said that when they send somebody to check both rooms were completely fine and even accused us of bringing bedbugs and cockroaches with us from Athens. Then the guy in the Reception said he had more important things to do and started ignoring us. when we called booking initially they said they would give our money back so we just booked another hotel and then they said they couldn’t give her money back because the hotel refused to do so Ironically, after all of this, the hotel send an email to me (in the photo below) write them 10 stars because it will be rude not to do so Horrible experience, we had to lose one complete day and a lot of money trying to clean our luggage so we don’t contract bedbugs, honestly this place should be shut down or at the very least get thrown off this website

Pobyt udany.

Lokalizacja w centrum, należy wziąć pod uwagę hałas z okolicznych knajp. Czysta pościel, drobne naczynia i sztućce w pokoju. Czysta wspólna łazienka i aneks kuchenny. Daję 10 za wszystko bo to mój kolejny pobyt w tym miejscu i świadomie dokonana rezerwacja. Wykładzina w pokoju do wymiany. Za 130 zł na 2 osoby nie ma co marudzić- to hostel. Przydałby się wentylator latem.

wszystko ok.
