Condo size was perfect for two!! Very comfortable and updated very nice! Pool with waterfall was very relaxing and great relief from the heat. Ocean was murky color but no seaweed and not overly crowded. We truly enjoyed our time and stay at Orange Beach Phoenix III

Overall the stay was very pleasant.Check-in was a breeze. Parking was not an issue. Two functional elevators. Never a problem with overcrowding. All pool areas were very well kept and offered ample seating.Easy access to the beach.Centrally located - lots of great dining options for families. The room itself was exactly as pictured. It fit my family of 3 very well. Great ocean view. The only critique I have is that the floors were likely not mopped before my arrival, as I would always end up with dirty socks walking around the condo.

Matched the description. Was dirty in a few areas. Stove was really dirty upon arrival.
