The penthouse features 4.5 rooms spread across 140 square meters on two floors and offers everything you could want to feel right at home. With only 6 other households in the building, you can enjoy peace and quiet without a care in the world.
The unique living room with an open kitchen, as well as 2 home office spaces, 3 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers, 3 toilets), and 3 bedrooms make your stay perfect. The two spacious balconies invite you to enjoy the view of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten mountains. The large balcony can be heated for cooler evenings and can be fully shaded on sunny days.
The highlight of the apartment is the spacious living room with an open kitchen. While dining, you can enjoy the view of the lake, and in the evening, the warmth of the fireplace. On the first floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with its own balcony, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and a guest restroom. The attic features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. If it gets too warm in the summer, you can adjust the temperature in the rooms using the air conditioning.
All rooms feature king-size double beds with comfortable mattresses, as well as smart TVs. The ski lift is less than 250 meters away on foot, as is the Marina Walensee restaurant.
For children, there is a playground, as well as a soccer and basketball court with ping-pong tables. We provide balls, ping-pong paddles, and water sports equipment.

This apartment has the best location to the train station, the water, the mountains and everything.
This property is convenient to the stores and everything. This apartment is 5 stars and extremely clean and just all around wonderful.
The Coffee Machine was just magnificent to make perfect cappuccino and sit on the balcony and watch the lake and mountains. Incredible. When we come back to Zurich this place is the only place we want to stay. Period.
