Our home features a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious outdoor balcony.

There’s also a natural swimming pool in the village and other opportunities for sports
In winter, you can enjoy great skiing in Heiligenblut or Lienz, and there’s a small ski lift for beginners right behind the house.
The ski bus to Heiligenblut stops right outside the door
