About this house rental
Our 300-year-old family farm is located at the foot of the Lenzenkogel in the romantic little village of Au near Lofer. Thanks to our elevated location, we always have an unobstructed and fantastic view of the Loferer Steinberge. This view will stay with you forever. No matter the time of day or season, you’ll always feel as though time has come to a standstill.
In the morning, when the late-summer fog rises from the Saalach, the striking Steinberge mountains are bathed in the red glow of the sun, a few birds chirp here and there, and the stream murmurs, the atmosphere is at its most beautiful. Come experience it for yourself and let us know how you liked it.
Apartment, shower and bathroom, toilet:
Our vacation rental is located in a 300-year-old family-owned farmstead. The residential building was renovated in 2020, and the vacation rental was completed at the beginning of this year. It’s on the 1st floor and is accessible via a private entrance and the stairwell.
Sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children)
Amenities:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed
• Kitchen-living room with kitchen island, sitting area, couch, and TV
• The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine
• Large bathroom
• Large balcony with breathtaking views of the Loferer Steinberge
On-site costs: Additional costs: • 1.70 EURO local tax per adult per night • 0.50 EUR mobility fee per night per adult (ages 15 and up) • 50 EUR final cleaning fee • 30 EUR surcharge for final cleaning if a dog is present Deposit: The deposit is 20% of the total accommodation cost.
