House is a 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower) & Guest House is 1 bed (1 king, twin bunk beds), 1 bath (shower). All of the amenities of home, including a fully furnished kitchen, games, a massive DVD library, wifi and YouTube TV, outdoor grill, & plenty of parking right in town. Only a short 30 min from the Austin Airport, you can get to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Marble Falls within an hour.
Main house: 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower), fully stocked kitchen, 4 person dining, large living room with sectional couch, laundry, and patio with grill.

My wife and I stayed 5 days visiting our son and grandkids and we where very pleased with the property. The house was clean and had everyting you needed. The location was very good. Within 5-10 minute walk where restuarants, coffee shops and other stores. We will definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as expected and location was perfection. The backyard was massive and very private. Loved being able to use the hot tub as well: we will definitely be back!
