Great communication. Lovely house in fab location. Loved the real fire. Wonderful kitchen/diner and am sure the conservatory is lovely in better weather. The treats the hosts provided were thoughtful and a nice gesture.
Everything about the house was great although being very picky I would say the pillows were quite lumpy (I tried several) so I’m glad I bought my own. Would be very happy to come again though.

The home was well located beautiful home which was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was comfortable, homely and well maintained.

It was self catering , a very nice welcome pack on arrival . Nice airery rooms and nice garden . Great pub across the road with very nice food, good large portions . Also another pub restaurant down a side lane 4 min walk, again nice food . The house is about a mile and a half from Pickering . So well positioned to explore the area . Would stay there anytime .

Location, parking, quiet
The floorboards were extremely loud in the main bedroom waking other up as you walked across the floor. The king size bed was comfortable but when moving it woke up my husband and vice versa. TV kept freezing and the code for the Wi-Fi was not there had to phone owner to get it.
