Proximity to Universal, gated community, restaurant, pool, water slides, lazy river and fitness center. Homes are clean, beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood.
Upon arriving, being told we had to pay to park, $35 per day. This seems to be hidden from people when booking and why would anyone think a townhome or home has to pay for parking. It comes across as deceitful for a first time visitor, having paid everything in advance. Would have been better off it it was upfront and included in the price originally, after the fact, when arriving at the guard shack after a long day of travel, feels like nickel and diming...

The property was modern, clean and stylish. The pool was warm and didn’t need heating in September. The outlook was really pleasant from our villa but not all villas have as good a view. We were a 6 bed.
When the pool fence was closed the space around the outside table was very tight.
The resort pool area was good for children but could do with more greenery or something to make it prettier.
Very little shade available unless you pay for a cabana.
Also parking can get very expensive, especially if you have a few cars in your party.

Everything felt brand new, spotless and beautifully maintained. The villa was spacious, modern and extremely comfortable for our family. The staff were friendly and very service-oriented throughout our stay. We loved the pool and water slides. The complimentary shuttle service to Universal was also very convenient and made our park day much easier. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely love to stay here again
