Comfy and cosy place to stay

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, lack of parking, and an apartment

I enjoyed the colour scheme of the house. It was all very pretty. The staff’s communication is quite good, they get back to you very quickly, if you need them.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay for the following reasons: * The location wasn’t ideal for us, and the area was extremely noisy. You could hear everything from inside the apartment. * The weather in Adelaide was freezing during our stay, and unfortunately the heater did not work properly. The apartment felt like ice, and we had to purchase additional blankets just to keep warm. * The kitchen was not clean on arrival. Every dish had to be rewashed before use, and the kettle was dirty enough that we couldn’t even make a coffee. Many of the dishes had clearly been put away wet by the previous guests, which suggests they hadn’t been checked properly before our arrival. * The blankets on the beds had visible stains. * The bathroom door is weathered and in need of maintenance. * The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped before we arrived. I ended up sweeping the entire apartment on our first day. * There is a driveway available, however guests are not permitted to use it. This made unloading extremely difficult, as we had to park on the street and carry all of our luggage, along with our young daughters, up the stairs. * The television did not provide access to normal free-to-air TV channels. * The towels were still damp when we arrived and were covered in fluff, so I had to wash them before we could use them. There was also no bath mat, and the shower water spreads across the bathroom floor. * There was already a mark on the wall when we arrived. I took a photo immediately to ensure we wouldn’t be held responsible for it. * Parking was another major issue. There are very few street parks available, and we often had to park a considerable distance away. Given there is a driveway, it was frustrating that guests are not allowed to use it. Overall, the apartment did not feel clean or well prepared for arriving guests. A number of basic maintenance and housekeeping issues significantly affected what should have been an enjoyable stay.

Worth every moment as it’s walking distance to beach and running or cycling areas

Value, Location and definitely the beach chairs available to use on the beach and rugby fields during the hot days

Entry instructions just a little bit clearer. Something like, Place hand flat over the black screen to activate locking pin at front door. Laughing 15mins later as I had been placing my hand flat over the actual silver lock knob 🤭🤫

Location, very tidy little apartment.

The mattress in the main bedroom was so noisy (broken springs), everytime you rolled over it was so loud. The overflow of water from the shower was quite a lot, need to become when stepping out after shower.
