Staff and access to facilities.
The laundry machines are contracted out and can take your money without providing any service. Not the Hotels fault.

The price
Bad all round.. Hard to find. It's within a shopping mall. It's a big hostel with a lot of guests but not any attention to detail. Small rooms with 1 bunk bed per room.. Not much space. If you're top bunk there's no room for you and no electric sockets. All day /night all you hear is doors slamming down the hall. Toilets and showers always messy and the reception is just chaos all the time.
