Don’t bother

So, the location is great, next to Wenceslas square and the Muzeum metro stop is just at the end of the road, the apartment is also okay. It is noisy BUT if you pick somewhere like this location you should accept that in all honesty, it is also decently fairly priced for Prague. However, you should know you must pay a city tax in cash and are not notified of this before hand, if like me you don’t use cash (because hello its 2026 and not 1965) , you must use the ATM to be charged an exorbitant fee to remove a lot of money just to pay a tiny tax, because it can’t be paid in card, ridiculous. Then they need a physical card inserted and a wet print signature to guarantee they will charge 50 euros if you lose your keys - which by the way you pick up 15 minutes from the apartment. On that note; check in is at 3 - DO NOT TURN UP BEFORE THIS. The buzzer will not be answered and the number next to it also won’t work so if you’re turning up on the train say at 9am for your whole day in Prague do yourself a favour and use one of the freelance luggage storage places, or just book another apartment because if you couldn’t tell booking this place will just inconvenience you :)

Could have been much better with just a little attention

It was clean and in a great location and had everything to be nice if not neglected.

Broken shower head with only jet mode as functional. Broken lights in the bathroom, broken lights above the stove. Missing lights, and the light that was there was the cheapest LED (means horrible to watch), the lights on the corridor were better. Also I was traveling alone but for 4 nights I got 1 towel and not a small one. Whilst the shower doors were not closing completely (partly broken). I also got 1 small blanket and a single pillow. Never had that before. Also the towel had many stains, even though the instructions clearly say they charge you for stains. I am sure they didn't use the money to buy new towels. Overall it lags attention big time and therefore everything feels cheap. Everything mentioned here would have been fixed with little money.
