Die Villa war sehr außergewöhnlich, sehr groß und eine tolle Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof sowie eine große Terrasse! Toller Ausblick runter zum Meer! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Raupen gibt es hier doch recht viele, aber diese kommen wohl einfach ins Haus und sind ohne großflächige Bekämpfung wohl nicht zu vermeiden und gehört einfach zu dieser Gegend, das trübt den Gesamteindruck aber nur leicht!

Die Villa verfügt über große Räume, vor allem das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Couchecke war für unserer Gruppe aus 5 Personen genau richtig. Auch in der Küche konnten wir locker zu mehreren kochen. Die Sonnenterrasse mit Blick bis zum Meer ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Kommnikation mit dem Eigentüme war sehr herzlich.
Leider verfügt die Villa über viele kleine Mängel, die man leicht reparieren könnte. Zum Teil ist das Mobiliar abgewohnt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Da das Haus - wir wir allerdings wussten -auf 800 Metern liegt, ist im Winter mit Regen, Nebel und niedirgen Temperaturen zu rechnen. Unbedingt warme Kleidung mitnehmen! So konnten wir auch die schöne Terrasse nur selten nutzen.
