The location is perfectly located near the town and seafront. It’s only a 15 walk from the station.
The lounge is very spacious great for gathering.
The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy.
The showers are great, excellent water pressure. Toiletries were provided on arrival. As a party of 6 adults we didn’t have to wait to shower as there were 3 bathrooms we could use.
Tesco supermarket is a 1 minute walk away. Milk, water and fizz were waiting for our arrival which was a lovely unexpected and appreciated surprise.
The town centre has a good selection of restaurants catering for all preferences.
It would have been useful to know about the gusto coffee machine in advance.

Location very handy for most things opposite the pier and with sea view from the lounge.
Nothing it was all good.
